Most warranties are 10 year full warranty against manufacturer's defect. Please save receipts and send in warranty information.

All mattresses will develop slight body impressions. This is not a defect. Unlike mattresses years ago (hard and flat), today's mattresses have a lot more cushioning to address pressure points on your body. No, they might not look flat and pretty, but they are 100 times more compfortable!

Because we sell at such a discount price, we do not have a free test trial period on mattresses.

Any shipping cost will be paid in full by customer.
