Because we sell at such a discount price, we do not have a free test trial period on the items we sell.

If your issues is a warranty issue, please refer to our warranty information page. Most warranties are 10 year full warranty against manufacturer's defect. Please save your receipts and send in warranty information to the mattress manufacturer. In most cases, the manufacturer will refer you to your local dealer.
